Internet meetings and support sessions

Would you like to have instant contact with us for presentations, product demonstrations or support? MUST AS is now using Netviewer for net meetings and support sessions. The use of this tool is completely free for you, here is what you need to do:

1. Book a meeting by giving us a call: +47 35 57 40 00, or send us a message.
2. Download the Netviewer client (for MS Windows), and make a note of where you saved the file. The application does not require any installation, and will not interfer with your computer setup. If you want to know more about security when using Netviewer, please see this page.
3. At the agreed time of meeting, we will call you. All you need to do is to start the Netviewer client (double click the NV_o2o_Participant_EN.exe file that you downloaded in step 2), and enter a session code that we will provide you over the phone. If you have a firewall that warns you about Netviewer trying to access the internet, please set it to allow this connection.
